- Two-room apartments: structures of approximately 40-45 square meters of surface area, perfect for hosting up to 4 persons. This is the ideal solution for families with very young children;
- Three-room apartments: structures of approximately 50-60 m2 in surface area, able to accommodate up to 5/6 persons. This type is recommended for families with 2 or 3 children;
- Four-room apartments: structures of approximately 60-80 m2 in surface area, capable of hosting up to 5/7 persons. This is the ideal solution for large families. All available apartments are equipped with a living room with kitchenette, independent heating and air conditioning, microwave oven, safe, analogue satellite TV, hairdryer, telephone and free wifi internet connection. Everything is made even more special by the context in which it is inserted: an enchanting 16th century historic building recently renovated in order to preserve its most elegant and evocative historical elements (such as the brick and stone vaults, the frescoed and Arte Povera style ceilings and stone walls).
